Salary: $3,000 – $3,500 per month

Location (Nearest MRT): Ang Mo Kio/Serangoon MRT

Salary: Up to $ 3500 (Depends on Qualification & Relevant Work Experience)

Duration of Work: 1 Year Renewable/Convertible Contract

Work Days : Monday to Friday

Work Hours : 8.30AM to 6PM

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), functional, regression and sanity testing.
• Execute test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements and system specifications.
• Conduct end-to-end testing across web, mobile and backend applications.
• Test various digital processes and user journeys to ensure systems function as expected.
• Identify, document and track software defects with clear descriptions, replication steps and supporting evidence.
• Retest resolved defects and perform regression testing to ensure issues have been properly fixed.
• Work closely with relevant IT, Product and QA teams to investigate and resolve identified defects.
• Highlight critical defects, testing blockers and potential release risks in a timely manner.
• Support pre-release testing, go-live testing and post-deployment verification.
• Participate in test planning, defect discussions and release activities.
• Prepare and maintain test cases, test scenarios, test data and testing documentation.
• Provide regular updates on testing progress, outstanding issues and potential risks.
• Identify gaps in test coverage and recommend improvements to enhance testing efficiency.
• Provide ad hoc support during system releases or critical testing periods when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC and UAT processes.
• Good attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
