Warehouse Assistant

Key Responsibilities & duties

· Receive, verify and store incoming raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.

· Pick & issue materials to Production according to requirements.

· Pick, pack, stage and load goods for customer deliveries and stock transfers.

· Support cycle counts and month-end stock take.

· Maintain warehouse and cold-room housekeeping, organisation.

· Support loading/unloading container, unloading materials and beans transfer.

· Update inventory transaction into system

· Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Able to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting and moving goods safely.

· Able to follow work instructions and maintain accurate stock records.

· Reliable attendance, punctuality and a responsible attitude towards assigned duties.

· Able to work independently and cooperate with warehouse and production teams.

· Willingly work in chilled or cold-storage areas when required.

· Basic literacy and numeracy for checking item descriptions, quantities and stock documents.

· Warehouse experience in food manufacturing or cold-chain operations preferred.

· Valid forklift licence preferred.

· Able to work the required Monday – Saturday schedule.
