Warehouse Manager (Hands-On / Operations)

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on, and energetic Warehouse Manager to oversee our daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising inventory, managing logistics, and giving clear instructions and support regarding deliveries and fulfillment.

Importantly, this is not a desk-bound role. When our delivery team faces high volumes, unexpected delays, or driver shortages, you will be expected to roll up your sleeves, step into the field, and handle deliveries yourself. We need a team player who leads by example and is not afraid of physical, hands-on work. ...We need someone with strong emotional intelligence and thick skin who knows how to handle a vocal, high-energy team of drivers and warehouse crew (who can sometimes be a handful!). You must be able to command respect, stand your ground, and lead with a firm yet fair hand...

Licensing / Driving: Must possess a valid, clean driving license Class 3 / Class and comfortable driving delivery vehicles.

Physical Fitness: Capable of lifting heavy goods, loading/unloading cargo, and handling the physical demands of both warehouse work and delivery driving.

Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to give clear instructions, solve problems quickly, and manage pressure calmly.
