Our Customer Service team serves as a key point of contact for customers and business partners, delivering exceptional service and support across a range of insurance products.
This role is responsible for supporting customers and intermediaries through various service channels, ensuring inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently while contributing to operational excellence and service quality.
How you will create an impact
- Deliver professional and responsive customer service by handling inquiries, requests, and issue resolution via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information on insurance products, services, policy coverage, and processes to customers and intermediaries.
- Achieve first-contact resolution whenever possible by effectively addressing customer concerns and minimizing escalations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Support the resolution of customer feedback, service requests, and operational inquiries in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and service standards.
- Support general administrative duties and ad hoc assignments as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, contact centre operations, insurance operations, underwriting support, or administrative support functions.
- Experience within General Insurance, particularly Accident & Health, Motor, Travel, Personal Property, or SME insurance, is preferred.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is an advantage.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Proficiency in Thai and a good command of English.
