People Operations Analyst/Senior Analyst

As our People Operations Analyst, you will support recruitment and day-to-day people operations, helping create a positive employee experience at Cube. Working closely with the People Team and hiring managers, you will help attract new talent, support employees throughout their journey, and bring our company values to life.

• Recruitment & Candidate Experience: Support recruitment from sourcing candidates and screening applications to coordinating interviews, tracking hiring progress, and assisting with offers. Maintain clear, timely communication to ensure a welcoming and professional candidate experience.
• HR Operations: Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and HR system maintenance to ensure efficient and seamless people operations.

  Serve as a point of contact for employee questions about people processes, policies, and benefits, working with the People Team and external providers to resolve queries.
• Employee Engagement & Development: Help organise engagement programs, team-building activities, learning initiatives, and company-wide events that strengthen connections, support professional growth, and reinforce our company values.
• Office Management: Oversee office operations, supplies, and facilities to maintain a welcoming and productive work environment.
• People Data & Process Improvement: Track and analyse recruitment progress, employee feedback, and other people data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Support employee surveys and people reporting, and use these insights to improve processes and the candidate and employee experience.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in HR or People Operations
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English
• You are passionate about people and find fulfillment in supporting their well-being
• You have strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy in everything you do
• You are organized and proactive, able to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• You are curious and eager to learn, with an interest in growing your HR expertise
• You develop and build stakeholder relationships with professionalism, proactivity, and confidentiality
• You are able to handle confidential and sensitive information with care and discretion
