Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled program manager to join our Private Brands team in Taiwan. In this role, you will be working closely with business managers, instock, forecasting, pricing, promotions, compliance, IT and finance teams to set up the processes, systems and ways of working targeted at driving growth, efficiency and profitability. A successful candidate will work with subject matter and functional experts to execute best practises, enhance existing systems, develop and execute new processes, and also create roadmap for new initiatives which drive business performance and effectiveness. While the primary focus of this role is project/program management, the successful candidate should be comfortable supporting various operational activities across functions until processes are fully established and scalable.We're seeking someone hands-on with a structured mindset, experience in implementing systems development and change, solid analytical skills, highly effective written and verbal communication, and strong project management abilities.

What You Will Do

• Analyze current system and process and define future business needs
• Build program roadmaps, and phased goals for execution
• Partner with Leaders, and business managers on development, user testing and implementation
• Create workflows, training, milestone management, exception reporting, dashboards and performance reports
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and align stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of E‑commerce experience in program management, system development, or business project management roles
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Data‑driven mindset with solid business logic
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Strong cross‑functional communication skills
• Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority
