【工作職責】1. 執行公司冷卻系統產品（包含精密空調、液冷系統等）之安裝驗收、保固服務、產品教育訓練、定期檢修與現場故障排除。2. 撰寫技術服務報告、維護紀錄與系統分析文件，確保資訊準確透明並利於後續追蹤。3. 參與售前階段冷卻解決方案之規劃與技術提案，協助客戶選擇最佳配置。4. 支援售後客戶端技術問題，維護良好關係並持續提升客戶滿意度與信任。5. 協助內部技術團隊進行產品教育訓練、推動跨部門合作、技術交流與知識共享。6. 根據專案需求進行獨立出差與現場支援作業，展現高度責任感與技術判斷力。
