Job description

Internal Recruitment

· Manage end-to-end

internal recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and

onboarding.

· Liaise with

hiring managers on staffing needs and role requirements.

Commercial Recruitment

· Manage client

recruitment assignments from job posting and sourcing to shortlisting and

placement.

· Coordinate client

interviews, feedback, offer negotiations and candidate pipelines.

HR 360

· Provide

end-to-end HR support covering employee records, contracts, leave, payroll and

employee lifecycle processes.

· Support

onboarding, performance management, offboarding and statutory compliance.

HR Consultancy

· Support clients

with HR advisory, policies, contracts and compliance matters.

· Stay updated on

Tanzania labour laws and HR best practices.
