Position Overview

The Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management, planning, execution, and maintenance of Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising campaigns. Working closely with Managers and senior team members, this role supports client relationships, media planning and buying, campaign operations, vendor management, and account growth initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of media planning principles, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute OOH media plans and recommendations aligned with client objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day account activities, including planning, buying, campaign execution, and operational support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agency partners, and media vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partner agencies to deliver integrated media solutions.
  • Utilize industry research and measurement tools to evaluate opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and emerging OOH media opportunities.
  • Support client presentations, reporting, and post-campaign analyses.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and assist with financial reconciliation processes.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members while helping ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Identify opportunities to retain and grow client business through proactive recommendations and marketplace expertise.

Qualifications

Required

  • 1–3 years of media planning, buying, or account service experience, preferably within advertising, media, or OOH.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.

Preferred

  • Experience with OOH media planning and buying.
  • Familiarity with media research and measurement tools, including Geopath.
  • Experience presenting recommendations and campaign results to clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor or train junior team members.
