Job description

Account Manager (Integrated Memberships)

Delta Defense, LLC, service provider to the U.S. Concealed Carry Association

Overseeing the Central Region of the United States of America

We protect the protectors.

If you're looking for a 9-to-5, a desk, or a quota spreadsheet to hide behind, this isn't that. This is a calling — not a sales job.

Position Summary

The Integrated Membership Account Manager supports Account Executives as the primary relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of Integrated Membership Partners. This role protects and grows the value of established partnerships by strengthening existing relationships, improving membership retention, expanding integrated membership opportunities, and increasing the number of integrated members active in the portal.

This role is expected to partner with Account Executives on new-business opportunities, support a disciplined transition from sale to long-term account ownership, and then manage the ongoing partner strategy required to retain members, acquire new members, and scale each integrated membership program.

Complacency kills - and we want this role to be there to continually maintain and build upon these valued partnerships!

Experience and Education Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in account management, partner management, outside sales, customer success, business development, or a related role with responsibility for retention and growth.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with business owners, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to grow existing accounts, identify expansion opportunities, and translate customer or partner needs into actionable business plans.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret membership, account-health, CRM, and portal data and make sound recommendations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills in both formal and informal settings.
  • Strong organizational and self-management skills, with the ability to manage a portfolio, competing priorities, and multiple partner commitments with consistent follow-through.
  • Working proficiency in Salesforce, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, presentations, and web-based business platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the Delta Defense and USCCA product suite; experience with Integrated Membership programs is preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently to support assigned partners, regional priorities, and relevant company or industry events.
  • Must obtain and maintain any required Property and Casualty license for assigned responsibilities and jurisdiction; required training may be completed during onboarding.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and demonstrated alignment with the Core Values of Delta Defense LLC.

Base Pay

  • $100,000 to $125,000/year DOE
