The Administrative/Tasker Support Specialist provides comprehensive administrative and coordination support to Federal program leadership and teams, ensuring day-to-day activities, taskers, schedules, documentation, and reporting requirements are effectively managed. This role supports calendar and scheduling coordination, action and suspense tracking, document management, executive-level materials, and the timely routing of recurring reports and program deliverables. The Administrative/Tasker Support Specialist also supports the planning and execution of Government events, workshops, program reviews, training activities, and other engagements, including venue coordination, registration, attendee tracking, scheduling, and on-site administrative support. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting Federal programs, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while handling sensitive information in a Government headquarters environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support general administrative activities that include calendar and scheduling coordination, rosters and contract lists, timely routing of recurring documents / reporting packages, organizing program records and other duties assigned.
- Maintain action and taskers along with suspense dates ensuring they are updated on a timely basis enabling TSA to take appropriate actions.
- Support documentation management processes that include maintaining document repositories and version control.
- Support event planning that includes coordination and logistical execution for Government direct hiring events, workshops, program reviews, training support events or other CUAS – related events.
- Supporting venue coordination, attendee tracking, registration support, document processing, scheduling coordination, and on-site administrative support.
