Naturescape is hiring a Lead Sales & Service Representative (LSSR) in Appleton, WI, to oversee the team of Sales & Service Representatives (SSR) serving the Appleton, Fond du Lac, and Sheboygan, WI branches.

PAY & COMPENSATION:

• $47,840 - $56,570+/year based on:
• Starting wage $47,840+/year
• Salaried Overtime for 0-5+ hours/week: up to $2,990+/year
• 401K with unheard of - 200% company match up to 6% - vested immediately: up to $5,740+/year

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEAD SSR

Lead and develop a team of SSRs. You'll work alongside our Sales & Service Representatives, helping them build their skills, confidence, and careers while creating a team focused on taking great care of our customers.

Use real information to help your team succeed. You'll have access to productivity and sales reporting, as well as call monitoring, giving you the tools to recognize opportunities, provide meaningful coaching, and help each SSR continue to grow.

Stay connected to our customers. You'll get to hear directly from customers by answering inbound calls and helping evaluate concerns. You'll work with the management team to come up with creative solutions and turn customer challenges into opportunities to build loyalty.

Help build your team. You'll have a voice in growing your team by participating in hiring interviews and helping select candidates who are a strong fit for the position, the team, and Naturescape.

Be a source of energy and motivation. You'll have the opportunity to be the cheerleader for your team-encouraging excellence, celebrating successes, and helping your SSRs stay focused on providing outstanding service while achieving their sales goals.

Make an impact on branch growth. Your leadership and ability to develop your team will directly contribute to the success of your assigned branches, and your success in growing the business will be rewarded.

Learn from experienced leadership. You'll report directly to the Head Administrative Manager while receiving support and guidance from a tenured Naturescape employee who started as an SSR and has personally experienced the growth and opportunities available in both the SSR and Lead SSR roles.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We're looking for someone who has a strong desire to support both our customers and our Sales & Service Representatives (SSRs). The ideal candidate is motivated, eager to learn, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong time-management, organization, and communication skills-both written and verbal-are essential. Previous management or supervisory experience is preferred, along with the ability to approach challenges with a solutions-focused mindset. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who leads by example, sets a positive standard for others, and is committed to helping the team succeed.

NO LAWN CARE EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM!

You don't need previous lawn care or landscape experience to succeed here! We provide comprehensive paid training to teach you our practices and procedures. You will have the full support of the management team to support you and your success!
