Job Description
This early-career consulting position supports the design and implementation of Oracle Health Patient Accounting solutions. Working with experienced consultants and project leaders, this individual helps deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs, project timelines, and established design standards.
The role offers opportunities to develop product knowledge, gain hands-on implementation experience, and build consulting skills while working with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers and project teams to understand business needs and support Oracle Health Patient Accounting solutions.
- Assist with gathering and documenting requirements, design decisions, and configuration needs.
- Perform assigned design and build activities with guidance from experienced consultants.
- Support testing, document results, and help investigate issues during implementation and after conversion.
- Participate in weekly client calls covering data collection, design, training, testing, and integrations with Oracle Health Patient Accounting. Prepare updates and lead assigned discussion topics as skills develop.
- Participate in client workshops and project events, supporting preparation, documentation, and follow-up activities.
- Learn and apply the Common Rules Tool (CRT) Framework for Services Integration and Claims.
- Use Oracle tools and processes to track work, document progress, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Follow established design standards and seek guidance on complex issues or decisions.
- Build knowledge of patient accounting workflows, revenue cycle processes, and related integrations.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle, patient accounting, or related business processes, gained through education, training, or work experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage assigned tasks, and learn new software and workflows.
- Interest in developing a career in healthcare technology consulting.
- Experience or exposure to Soarian Revenue Management / Back Office EHR or Oracle Health Patient Accounting is preferred. Prior experience leading implementations is not required.
US: Hiring Range in USD from $25.82 to $50.43 per hour; from: $53,700 to $104,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
