Job Duties:
- Deliver second-level engineering support (SLES) for RMLS, including issue resolution, Help Desk support, and inventory management.
- Work alongside Agile teams to create, execute, and maintain automated testing scripts for web and mobile applications
- Design and perform test cases and scripts for software, hardware, operating systems, networks, and Maintenance Data Terminals (MDTs).
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and system-level testing to verify reliability, security, and overall performance.
- Record, monitor, and manage software defects using issue-tracking tools such as Jira while coordinating resolution efforts with Agile teams.
- Maintain hardware asset records and support system inventory and configuration management activities.
- Evaluate testing outcomes and prepare accurate, easy-to-understand reports.
- Verify system enhancements and changes to ensure successful deployment readiness.
- Engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute recommendations that enhance testing
Education and Experience:
- Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-9 years of professional experience in a related field.
- Familiarity with National Airspace System (NAS) facilities, equipment, and technologies is desired

Skills
- Demonstrated experience with automated testing methodologies and tools.
- Background testing software applications, hardware components, and integrated client/server applications on enterprise systems with Oracle database in a replicated environment
- Experience confirming system interoperability and accurate data exchange between multiple components and platforms.
Required Abilities:
- Ability to perform effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing technical documentation.
- Create technical documentation and communicate information clearly through written and verbal channels.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting FAA testing activities.
- Experience using C# and Bash, Python, and/or PowerShell scripting languages.
- Web or mobile automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, MSTest, NUnit, ExtentReports, or Jenkins.
- Conducting application performance testing with JMeter.
- Working within Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) using Jira or comparable defect-tracking platforms.
- Understanding of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks for .NET applications (e.g. SpecFlow)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and Continue Integration/Continuous Delivery or Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines that support continuous testing, validation, and deployment.
Citizenship Requirement:
- Most be Authorized to work in the United States and have resided in the US for the last 3 years, consecutively.
- Have either Real ID Driver's License/ID or current US Passport.
- Candidate must reside or be willing to relocate within a commutable distance to Egg Harbor Township, NJ
- Full-time position with occasional nights and weekends.
- 10% travel possible. Cubicle environment
