Texas Instruments (TI) is looking for an experienced Automotive Customer Program Manager to lead strategic customer relationships and ensure the successful execution of automotive Tier1 ADAS radar programs by bridging customer needs with internal R&D teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of automotive Tier1 customer programs, from project Kick off through SOP of the customer product and product launch/ramp.
- Serve as primary point of contact for the Tier1 customer programs, building and maintaining strategic relationships with customer development teams and key stakeholders
- Be the voice of the customer to the internal R&D teams translating customer timelines and project requirements to the internal teams and bi-directional communication back to the customer is a vital part of this role.
- Negotiate with customer on product features and timelines based on internal alignment while developing compelling positioning and messaging to secure customer alignment and commitment.
- Collaborate across cross-functional team: analog/RF and digital design teams, systems, HW and SW applications, validation, RF characterization, test, product engineering and sales teams to ensure seamless program execution
- Track program metrics, and prepare comprehensive status reports for both customer and internal stakeholders
- Identify, escalate, and resolve program risks and challenges; serving as the escalation point for customer concerns

- Establish credibility and get visibility within Radar business unit leadership team, with demonstrated influence on strategic decisions and program priorities

Minimum
requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, ECE, Computer Engineering or related field of study
- 2+ years of engineering experience.

- Knowledge on Embedded HW and Software would be added value
- Prior experience working with Automotive Tier1s and OEMs would be added value
