We’re looking for an Automotive Recon Service Manager to lead our reconditioning operation and take ownership of quality, productivity, turnaround time, and profitability.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day automotive recon operation.
• Coordinate vehicle reconditioning from acquisition through completion.
• Manage technicians, vendors, and workflow.
• Monitor repair quality, costs, and turnaround times.
• Establish and maintain high standards for vehicle presentation and readiness.
• Prioritize work efficiently to meet sales and inventory deadlines.
• Track department performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Build strong relationships with service providers and internal teams.
• Hold the recon operation accountable for quality, efficiency, and results.
• Develop processes that keep vehicles moving through the recon pipeline quickly and efficiently.

• Experienced in automotive service, reconditioning, dealership operations, or a related field.
• A strong leader who knows how to motivate and hold a team accountable.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and highly process-driven.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledgeable about automotive repair, parts, labor, and vehicle reconditioning.
• Focused on quality, speed, and profitability.
• A problem solver who takes ownership rather than making excuses.
• Comfortable working with performance metrics and financial goals.
• Valid NYS drivers license and clean driving record.
