Milford Chrysler Sales is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our sales team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants a career where hard work and strong performance are rewarded. Previous automotive sales experience is welcome, but it is not required. We are willing to work with the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you’ll guide customers through the vehicle-buying process from their first conversation through delivery.

Responsibilities include:

- Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs

- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles

- Conduct professional test drives

- Respond to internet leads, phone inquiries, and customer requests

- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective customers

- Build relationships that generate repeat and referral business

- Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, vehicle features, and available programs

- Work closely with sales management and other departments to provide a smooth customer experience

- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity

- Deliver a professional and enjoyable buying experience from start to finish

- Dependable and organized

- Comfortable speaking with customers in person, over the phone, and electronically

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to learn product knowledge and the automotive sales process

- Valid driver’s license

- Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
