About the Role

We’re a small fintech startup building a secure SaaS platform in a regulated industry. We’re looking for an AWS DevOps Engineer to own and improve our cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, observability, and production operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can balance reliability, security, developer experience, and cost in a growing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain secure, reliable AWS infrastructure using infrastructure as code
• Operate containerized production workloads and managed data services
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and environment promotion
• Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and operational dashboards
• Lead incident investigation and improve systems based on lessons learned
• Maintain backup, recovery, secrets-management, and access-control practices
• Automate repetitive operational work and improve developer workflows
• Support security, vulnerability-management, and compliance initiatives
• Collaborate with application engineers from development through production
