Monarch Investment & Management Group is looking for an experienced Bilingual English/Spanish Property Manager to lead the team at The Pines at Southmoor Apartments in Greeley, CO.

About The Pines at Southmoor
The Pines at Southmoor offers residents comfortable apartment homes and a variety of community amenities. Located in Greeley, just west of Garden City, the property provides convenient access to Highway 34 and Highway 85, with easy access to Fort Collins, Loveland, and Denver.
What You'll Do
As Property Manager, you'll take ownership of the property's day-to-day performance while leading the onsite team and creating a positive resident experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the property within established financial and budget guidelines
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, control expenses, and improve net operating income (NOI)
- Drive occupancy, leasing performance, rental rates, and overall property revenue
- Ensure all marketing is current, accurate, competitive, and effective
- Lead, coach, and support onsite team members while maintaining a positive working environment
- Review and process property invoices and ensure timely payment
- Oversee rent collection, delinquency, and other property income
- Build strong resident relationships and promote resident satisfaction and retention
- Maximize desirable lease renewals and resident retention
- Maintain compliance with company policies, property procedures, and applicable regulations
- Communicate effectively with residents, team members, vendors, and regional leadership
- Monitor property performance and take action when results are below expectations
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced multifamily leader who can confidently manage both the people and financial performance of an apartment community.
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of multifamily Property Management experience
- Experience managing a 300+ unit apartment community
- Strong understanding of multifamily operations, leasing, resident relations, collections, and financial performance
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn and navigate property management software
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional approach to resident and employee relations
