Job description

Auto-Chlor Services, LLC is currently seeking a Branch Manager for our local location. This position manages the restaurant service branch with daily routes, account executives, production, warehouse, supervisors and office staff. Achieve growth in number of customers served, increase sales and profitability of the existing account base, and train and develop team members to achieve these goals. This is a hands-on position where the work occurs in the field with our customers and team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services.
  • Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products.
  • Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
  • Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
  • Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
  • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
  • Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
  • Plan and direct activities such as sales promotions, coordinating with other department heads as required.
  • Determine goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand.
  • Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
  • Manage the routes, branch AR's, and coordination of new sales and installations
  • Project sales, order equipment, parts, and chemicals while managing the budget of the branch.
  • Support your Team Members in providing the tools necessary to be successful.

    • Excellent customer service skills. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
    • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services and closing deals.
    • Ability to move quickly, think fast and home in skills on negotiation, objection resolution, and problem solving in selling and servicing customers in a highly demanding, diverse marketplace.
    • Ability to manage team members and customers, expand into new markets, develop future leaders and maximize profitability

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
    • 3 - 7 years of related experience
    • 1 - 4 years of successful sales experience
    • 1 - 4 years of management experience
    • Computer Skills
    • CDL
    • Clean and insurable driving record

    Amount of Travel Required: 10-20% within designated service area/ route territory required.

    Work Schedule: Monday through Friday.
