Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills. Experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows, and UAT. Good understanding of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory processes. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
