As a Business Operations Specialist, you will serve as the technical advisor and consultant for critical multi-million dollar contracts in support of the Agency's mission.

Provides technical expertise and serves as a Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) in support of acquisition and contract administration activities.

Functions as an expert consultant and technical authority in identifying and assessing large-scale acquisition requirements, initiatives, and opportunities.

Prepares complex documentation for contract vendor proposals, contract modifications, and related acquisition actions.

Serves as a liaison and advisor to headquarters and internal and external entities to define acquisition goals and provide briefings on findings and recommendations.

Performs program management duties, including monitoring and assessing cost, schedule, and performance to support successful execution of program objectives.

Residency Requirement: There is a residency requirement for all applicants not currently employed by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. This residency requirement states that candidates must have, for three of the last five years immediately prior to applying for this position; (1) resided in the United States; OR (2) worked for the United States Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or Military capacity, OR (3) been a dependent of a U.S. Federal or Military employee serving overseas. Probationary Period: You may be required to serve a probationary period of 1 year.
