Business Support Manager
We are looking for an organized, dependable Business Support Manager to run the operational backbone of the agency. You will keep projects, clients, finances and administration running. Smoothly so the delivery team can focus on great work, and you will be the day-to-day link between our clients and our specialists.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations and administration
• Manage the day-to-day running of the business, including diaries, schedules, documents and internal processes.
• Maintain accurate records, client files and company documentation, keeping everything GDPR-compliant.
• Document and improve standard operating procedures as the agency grows.
Client and project coordination
• Act as a first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, onboarding and follow-ups professionally.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables and handovers between clients and the delivery team.
• Track tasks, deadlines and progress using project tools (e.g. Monday.com, Zoho) and flag risks early.
Finance and compliance support
• Prepare quotes and invoices, chase payments and keep financial records accurate and up to date.
• Support contracts, supplier management and basic compliance tasks.
Reporting and team support
• Produce regular reports on projects, workload and operational performance for the Director.
• Support, coordinate and, as the business grows, help supervise junior staff, freelancers and contractors.
WHAT WE OFFER
• Salary: £34,500 per annum.

Requirements
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Management or a related subject.
- Proven experience in administration, coordination or office/business support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong client-handling skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage several tasks at once.
- Confident with IT systems, spreadsheets and online tools; quick to learn new software.
- Able to work independently, take ownership and meet deadlines.
- Right to work in the UK.
Benefits

• Experience in a digital agency, IT services or professional services setting.- Familiarity with CRM or project tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce,Pipedrive or Monday.com.
- Experience supervising or coordinating other people.
- A recognized project management qualification (BA Hons Business Management)
