REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSThe employee in this position must have a valid Class E Drivers license. The employee in this position must have CPR/First Aid Certification and be a Medical Technician. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIESThe employee in this position must have the ability to transport up to fifteen (15) passengers in a van. The employee in this position must have the ability to type and perform Data Entry/10 key, and use computer software, including Windows, Word for Windows, Alice, and Access. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSMust be at least 21 years of age, pass a background check and Family Care Safety Registry screening, fingerprint screen, drug screen, physical and have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
