About the Opportunity

Robert Horne Ford is looking for experienced, motivated automotive technicians to join our team. We are currently seeking Ford Certified Technicians, as well as experienced Diagnostic, Diesel, and Fleet Technicians.

This is an excellent opportunity for technicians looking to build a long-term career with a strong Ford dealership and maximize their earning potential based on their experience, certifications, and skill level.

  • Diagnostic Technicians

  • Fleet Technicians

Compensation

$120,000–$200,000+ annually, depending on certifications, experience, skill level, and productivity.

Qualified candidates may also be eligible for:

  • Signing Bonus for highly qualified technicians
  • Relocation Assistance/Bonus for candidates relocating for the position

What We're Looking For

  • Automotive dealership experience preferred
  • Ford certification strongly preferred for Ford Technician positions
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
  • Experience with electrical, drivability, and complex automotive repairs
  • Diesel experience for Diesel Technician positions
  • Fleet service experience for Fleet Technician positions
  • Ability to accurately diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Valid driver's license
