Are you an experienced Telemetry RN with a passion for leadership, patient advocacy, and clinical excellence? We are seeking a dynamic Telemetry Charge Nurse to provide shift oversight, support frontline caregivers, and ensure exceptional patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment.

The Telemetry Charge Nurse provides clinical and operational leadership for the assigned shift, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care and adherence to nursing practice standards. This role coordinates staffing assignments, oversees unit workflow, supports patient care delivery, and serves as a mentor and clinical resource to nursing staff.

The Charge Nurse maintains direct patient care responsibilities while directing shift operations, resolving issues in real time, facilitating effective communication across disciplines, and ensuring a productive and supportive care environment.

  • Current, active, and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • At least 2 years' experience and knowledge as a Charge or Lead RN in acute hospital setting
  • Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Current AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Demonstrated leadership, delegation, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
Our organization follows an in person work structure where the expectation is to work onsite on a weekly basis. The hospital is located at 14662 Newport Ave, Tustin, CA 92780.

The total compensation target pay range for this role is $43.00 - $53.00 per hour.

  • 8 hours = Base rate/ Hours over 8 in a 12 hr. shift are 1.5x base rate.
The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
