A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLINICAL SERVICES MANAGER
No two days are the same. As a Clinical Services Manager, you balance people leadership, operational oversight, and real-time problem solving to keep clinics running smoothly and patients at the center of everything you do.
Your day may include rounding with staff and providers, adjusting staffing or schedules to meet patient demand, monitoring productivity and key performance metrics, and addressing issues as they arise. You coach and mentor team members, support performance and development, lead team huddles, and step in to assist during high-volume periods when needed.
You'll collaborate across departments to improve workflows, patient access, and communication while overseeing training, compliance, and quality initiatives. Time is also spent reviewing patient feedback, supporting service recovery, managing supplies and budgets, participating in leadership meetings, and advancing projects such as accreditation, regulatory readiness, and process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CLINICAL SERVICES MANAGER
•Minimum of 3 years' healthcare supervisory / management experience required.
•Knowledge of the principles and practices of health planning, healthcare and management sufficient to manage, direct and coordinate the operations of a clinic, normally acquired through completion of an Associate Degree in Health, Business Administration or equivalent.
•Demonstrated competency with Meaningful Use and Quality Improvement measures/outcomes.
•Demonstrates proficiency with healthcare technology and the ability to quickly learn and help implement new systems that support regulatory compliance, clinical documentation, and patient care excellence.
•Demonstrated experience collaborating with teams to identify opportunities for workflow improvements and leads change management.
•Basic Life Support certified.
•WI Driver's License.
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time, exempt leadership position that typically follows a Monday through Friday daytime schedule. Work hours may vary based on operational needs, and occasional early mornings, extended hours, or on-call support may be required to ensure adequate clinic coverage, manage high patient volumes, or address urgent situations. This position requires travel to outreach, with primary support in our Wausau and Plover facilities.
