Are you someone who loves solving complex problems, digging into the details, and ensuring the right outcome for every member? Looking for an opportunity where your expertise can directly impact member trust, regulatory compliance, and the financial well-being of our members? If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you!

Below are a few more details about our Senior Credit Reporting Operations Specialist opportunity.

A natural investigator! You're skilled at gathering facts, reviewing account histories, analyzing supporting documentation, and determining accurate, well-supported dispute outcomes while maintaining meticulous documentation.

Not afraid to take ownership! You'll manage the full lifecycle of direct and indirect credit disputes, ensuring cases are handled accurately, thoroughly, and within regulatory and internal service level requirements.

Focused on quality and risk management! You have a keen eye for identifying reporting errors, documentation gaps, compliance concerns, recurring trends, and opportunities for corrective action before they become larger issues.

Collaboration comes naturally! Whether working with members, lending teams, collections, compliance, legal, operations, or credit bureaus, you know how to build partnerships and drive resolutions.

Always looking for ways to improve! You enjoy analyzing dispute trends, identifying process improvements, and helping strengthen reporting accuracy, workflows, controls, and the overall member experience.

Ready to make an impact! This role is critical to protecting member trust, ensuring fair and accurate credit reporting, and supporting Mission Fed's commitment to regulatory excellence and exceptional member service.

Here is what we are looking for:
