The Opportunity

The Quanah Community Project Manager, reports to the Community Outreach Manager and supports planning and implementing Integra’s community and stakeholder engagement work in Quanah and Hardeman County. The role follows the Community Roadmap & Engagement Plan to execute against, maintain schedules, coordinate meetings and events, track follow-up items, maintain stakeholder and inquiry records, and works with internal teams to ensure appropriate internal stakeholders are involved/communicated with. The position uses approved plans and information while following established review and approval processes when working internally and externally. The role also coordinates local volunteer efforts, event planning/support, and approval facilitation of contingency requests.

What you will do?

• Maintain established project plans that identify key activities, dates, owners, and deliverables.

  • Maintain the Community Roadmap Plan rolling 90-day calendar for community meetings, events, communications, and follow-up activities.
  • Track progress, flag items that may need attention, and provide regular updates to the Community Outreach Manager (or Director, Culture & Impact).
  • Keep stakeholder contacts, meeting history, open questions, and follow-up items current.
  • Help coordinate meeting and event preparation, including agendas, volunteers, materials, logistics, staffing, notes, and follow-up.
  • Document and route community and stakeholder questions to appropriate internal stakeholders and track follow-up.
  • Work with Legal, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, Communications, project leadership, Safety, Construction, and other teams as needed.
  • Use approved materials and information and send items needing review to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain accurate project records and help capture lessons learned after major meetings or events.
  • Monitor assigned budgets and follow company policies and approval requirements.

Cross-Functional Guardrails and Decision Rights

• Legal: Bring legal, regulatory, tax, abatement, PILOT, confidentiality, contracting, or commitment questions to Legal or the appropriate subject-matter owner.

  • Human Resources: Use HR-approved information when discussing jobs, recruiting, training, workforce programs, or employee and candidate matters.
  • Sales: Coordinate customer, commercial, project-positioning, and confidential client questions with Sales.
  • Marketing: Partner with Marketing on events, presentations, collateral, digital resources, and use of approved brand materials.
  • Communications and PR: Partner with Communications on public information, website content, FAQs, talking points, external responses, and media inquiries.
  • The role helps coordinate the work but does not independently approve public statements, negotiate agreements, or make commitments on behalf of the company or another function.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years in project management, community outreach, program coordination, stakeholder engagement, or a related field.
  • Experience developing project plans, tracking milestones and action items, coordinating meetings or events, and producing status reports.
  • Strong organization, communication, relationship management, and follow-through skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project-management or tracking tools.
  • Ability to follow established approval, confidentiality, and escalation processes.
  • Ability to work regularly in Quanah and attend occasional evening community or governmental meetings.
