Our customers face the dual challenge of finding the right talent and telling their unique story in a crowded marketplace, which is why we have evolved into a comprehensive solution for both. Trueline began its journey in 2007 as a publishing company, dedicated to creating award-winning trade publications that highlighted the achievements of industry leaders. As we deepened our relationships with these executives, we recognized a critical need: they didn't just need a platform for their stories; they needed a partner to help them build the teams that made those stories possible. Today, we are a fully remote recruiting, marketing, and publishing firm with roots in Portland, Maine, serving clients across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. We believe that the most successful companies are those that can find the 'through line' between their culture and their hires. Our proprietary recruiting process goes beyond simple placement; we leverage our background in storytelling to create evergreen custom content that showcases our clients as top-choice employers. This unique blend of services allows us to not only source off-the-market candidates from our extensive network but also to strengthen our clients' employer brands for the long term. At the heart of our operations is our 'shaka' culture—inspired by our founder's Hawaiian upbringing—which symbolizes aloha, joy, and a commitment to intentional lightheartedness. Whether we are crafting a new brand identity, managing a complex recruitment campaign, or publishing an industry journal, our team is driven by a shared passion for helping businesses grow and thrive.
