Content Marketer I

Brewer Science, Inc. is a major innovator of high-technology solutions for the semiconductor / microelectronics markets. We are currently seeking a purpose-driven candidate with an ownership mentality to fill an open position as a Content Marketer I. This position will be located in Rolla, MO.

Summary

Content Marketers are responsible for creating content that effectively delivers marketing strategies and executes effective brand recognition that positions and represents the company as a technology, industry, community and thought leader by collaborating with the Corporate Marketing Manager and applicable cross-functional resources. Additionally, Content Marketers are responsible for creating, planning, producing, and analyzing the effectiveness of Brewer Science’s social media content, implementing keyword research, following SEO best practices, and researching, understanding, and following market trends.

Responsibilities

Content Marketer I:

• Draft marketing content, including blog posts, email newsletters, social media copy, and product summaries under guidance.
• Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand technical product features and assist in translating them into customer-friendly messaging.
• Conduct keyword research and apply basic on-page SEO best practices to improve search visibility of content.
• Support the upkeep of editorial and campaign calendars, ensuring content deadlines and launches are tracked and met.
• Help coordinate marketing campaigns by preparing assets and organizing content for email platforms, websites, and social channels.
• Conduct basic competitor and industry research to support content ideation and positioning.

Education & Credentials:

• Content Marketer I:
• Associate’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or related field and 2+ years' experience or
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communication, or related field or
• An equivalent combination of education and experience
