Vitu has offices in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.Job SummaryOur Contract Implementation staff is comprised of friendly, courteous professionals who perform many functions, including—but not limited to—contract review, account maintenance, product functionality, and quality assurance. They have a thorough knowledge of state and business rules and regulations. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelops, maintains, and updates records within multiple database systems.Monitors emails and in-house communication channels to address a range of requests and requirements from both internal and external sources.Provide support to fellow Specialists to guarantee that our clients’ accounts remain valid and up to date.Assist with account maintenance and other special projects, as assigned.Provide support in managing client accounts.Minimum Qualifications and Experience0-2 years of ExperienceHigh School Diploma or EquivalentExperience in an administrative capacityDemonstrated adeptness in acquiring and utilizing new software applications.General planning, analytical, and problem-solving skillsCompensation The hourly range for this position is: $18-$23The final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills.At Vitu, our engaged workforce is the key to our success.
