PositionSummary
Cherokee Insights is seeking a skilled Program Manager to support the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) Vetting Risk Operations. The successful candidate will support our client, working closely with intelligence analysts, collectors, investigators, and government agencies to provide critical intelligence products and services. The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the execution of intelligence analysis projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Essential Functions, Duties &
Responsibilities
Includes the following:
• Responsible for the performance of work on the program
• Oversee the daily operation of the program
• Utilize Microsoft Office software programs, including Word, Excel, Project, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to support intelligence analysis activities.
• Demonstrate familiarity with Intelligence Community (IC) databases, analytical intelligence tools, software, and applications.
• Conduct pattern, trend, and link analysis of intelligence reporting, message traffic, and other data sources.
• Collaborate effectively with intelligence analysts, collectors, and investigators to enhance analysis efforts.
• Draft, review, publish, and evaluate Intelligence Information Reports (IIR) or other IC products.
• Possess strong writing skills to prepare information memoranda, briefings, intelligence reports, and policy assessments for DoD customers.
• Provide subject matter expertise in advising and consulting on intelligence trends and threats related to counterintelligence and Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE).
• Perform liaison activities with DoD, IC, and Federal Law enforcement to facilitate mission evolution.
• Review and analyze up-to-date information derived from sensitive investigations.
• Compile collected intelligence and create summary products.
• Draft Expedited Screening Information Reports (ESIRs) for dissemination and furtherance of investigative techniques, information sharing, and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with all required training, including completion of DCSA annual training.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be a US Citizen.
- This position requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; may occasionally require standing or moving about the office for extended periods.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
Work Environment:
Work is performed primarily in a climate-controlled environment.
