Customer Service Representative

Your Daily Role:

• Answer technical questions from customers (via phone and email) regarding our products, our website, and credit card payments;
• Guide customers through the creation and management of their online accounts;
• Monitor shipments and take necessary steps in case of transportation or delivery issues;
• Collaborate with various internal teams to meet the personalized needs of our clientele.

What Makes You the Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in customer service or technical support (an asset);
• Strong sense of customer service and an empathetic approach;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer systems;
• Positive attitude and a strong team spirit.
