Vitu has offices in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.Job SummaryThe Data Analyst role is to write code, build data pipelines, and apply AI to turn revenue data into actionable insight and automation. This role is crucial in strengthening data integrity, ensuring accurate reporting, and building analytics that help to win new business, expand existing accounts, and improve internal efficiency. Ideal candidate is a strong programmer and analytical thinker who is comfortable working in SQL and Python, putting AI tools to practical use, and explaining results to non-technical audiences. HubSpot CRM experience is preferred, but we value your ability to work with data at scale more than your familiarity with any single platform. You will support decision-making, sales, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Data Engineering & IntegrityBuild and maintain Python and SQL scripts and pipelines that move and transform data between HubSpot and other systems, keeping it accurate, complete, and consistent.Design and run data cleansing initiatives that eliminate duplicates, correct misaligned fields, and standardize company and contact records, using repeatable, code-driven methods rather than one-off manual fixes.Analytics & ReportingBuild, maintain, and automate dashboards in PowerBI tools (such as Data Studio) and HubSpot that visualize key performance metrics.Translate raw data into clear, executive-ready reports and recommendations that influence business strategy.Support ad hoc analytics requests from leadership, providing accurate, timely insights across multiple departments.AI & AutomationDesign, build, and deploy AI-assisted workflows (LLM APIs, prompt design, agents) that automate reporting, data enrichment, classification, and summarization.Evaluate AI tools and models for operational use cases, weighing accuracy, cost, and risk, and recommend where they add real value.Document and monitor AI-driven processes so results stay reliable and auditable.Identify and automate manual reporting and repetitive data tasks, in HubSpot and beyond.QualificationsRequired4 to 7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or revenue operations.Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, including data manipulation , scripting for automation, and working with REST APIs.Hands-on experience applying AI and LLM tools to real workflows (for example, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted automation).Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.PreferredHubSpot CRM experience (properties, workflows, custom reports, data migration).Experience with Coefficient or similar spreadsheet-to-CRM connectors.Experience with a cloud data warehouse (such as BigQuery) and version control (Git).Compensation The salary range for this position is: $68,000-$72,000 annuallyThe final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills.At Vitu, our engaged workforce is the key to our success.
