This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Marketing Channel Specialist based in the United States.
The Digital Marketing Channel Specialist will play a key role in strengthening digital engagement and supporting growth through effective website management, email marketing, social media, and performance analytics. In this remote, full-time position, you will coordinate digital content production across multiple channels while ensuring a consistent brand experience and high-quality execution. You will analyze campaign results, website traffic, audience behavior, and conversion metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements. Working closely with cross-functional teams and Growth leadership, you will turn complex data into actionable insights that support marketing strategy and business objectives. You will also contribute to competitive research, webinar initiatives, and new marketing communications projects. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented digital marketing professional who combines analytical thinking, technical proficiency, and creative problem-solving to improve digital performance and customer engagement.
Accountabilities
- Coordinate, update, and maintain website content using a content management system (CMS), including Sitecore, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a positive user experience.
- Design, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns for different business functions using email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Publish and manage social media content through Sprout Social and relevant social media platforms.
- Conduct website content quality assurance to ensure digital assets meet brand, user experience (UX), and customer experience (CX) standards.
- Track website goals, social media performance, email campaign results, and other digital conversion activities.
- Analyze website performance metrics, user behavior, traffic patterns, and conversion rates using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Evaluate social media traffic, engagement, audience sentiment, and competitor performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor email campaign effectiveness, mailing list performance, and on-site conversion actions to support ongoing optimization.
- Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and presentations highlighting digital channel performance, key findings, emerging trends, and recommendations.
- Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark digital channel performance against industry standards and best practices.
- Maintain data integrity through accurate tagging, tracking implementation, and adherence to appropriate data governance practices.
- Support cross-functional projects by aligning digital marketing deliverables with stakeholder priorities and broader Growth objectives.
- Develop and implement webinar assets that support customer engagement, clinical initiatives, and sales operations.
- Contribute to marketing strategy development and the execution of new marketing communication initiatives.
- Maintain consistent branding, UX, and CX standards across digital marketing efforts and associated brands.
- Stay informed about emerging digital marketing technologies, website analytics capabilities, and industry trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital channel management, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, website content management systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Experience with Sitecore CMS and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and develop actionable recommendations.
- Ability to connect campaign performance and digital analytics findings to broader business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy, tracking reliability, and quality assurance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Interest in staying current with developments in digital marketing, website analytics, and channel optimization.
- Preferred: Relevant web analytics certifications, such as the Google Analytics Individual Qualification.
- Preferred: Working knowledge of web testing methodologies, HTML, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Ability to work remotely from an eligible U.S. state. This opportunity is not currently available to candidates residing in U.S. territories or Alaska, Hawaii, California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New York, Connecticut, Vermont, Pennsylvania, or Maine.
- Must have reliable, non-cellular high-speed internet through fiber, DSL, or cable, with minimum speeds of 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload and latency below 80 milliseconds. Hotspots, satellite internet, and wireless internet services are not permitted.
- Must maintain a dedicated home workspace with sufficient privacy to protect sensitive member health information and comply with HIPAA-related privacy requirements.
- Target hiring salary range: $70,550–$89,250 USD annually.
- Maximum current salary: $99,450 USD, with potential to progress toward this level through performance and continued professional growth.
