Title and Summary
Director, Corporate Treasury F/TOverview- Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic leader from the Treasury department, focusing on the network enablement of settlement services and capabilities.
Role
- Collaborate with business units to strategize, develop and implement enhancements to settlement service offerings, ensuring alignment with market needs and operational capabilities.
- Partner with the Network Product team to understand new business opportunities and define necessary enhancements required to settlement infrastructure.
- Conduct thorough analysis to assess the financial, operational, regulatory, customer, and system impacts and requirements needed to support settlement services, present strategic recommendations to executive management.
- Identify and address risks and impacts to Mastercard and its customers due to the introduction of new settlement capabilities.
- Act as the liaison between business and technology in product design, implementations and system enhancements.
- Supervises team of 2 Lead Business Analysts.
About You
- Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or related and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or as a Lead Business Analyst, Project Manager, or related.
- Qualifying experience must include at least five (5) with each of the following: Stakeholder Management; Data Analysis; Structured Problem Solving; Data Processing; Project Management.
