RESPONSIBILITIES

The Director of Strategy and Physician Relations will serve as the primary Physician Liaison for administration and be responsible for leading strategic growth in collaboration with the INTEGRIS Health Corporate Business development team and Clinical Programs.

The Director of Strategy and Physician Relations responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Maintains awareness of the current and potential competitive forces in the marketplace.
• Ensures INTEGRIS Health has an active and continuous marketing plan that meets the overall strategic objectives for specified service lines.
• Develops and maintains medical staff relationships and seeks opportunities for new partnerships in the community.
• Has operational oversight of HOPD clinics.
• Serves as the primary lead for all physician contracts. Presents expiring contracts to IBMC Executive Team in advance of expiration.
• Rounds daily with key physician partners.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration or related field required with 2 years of experience in a healthcare operations, marketing, sales, or business development setting.
• Preferred knowledge of the INTEGRIS Health landscape of physicians, employers, and affiliate hospitals and current national healthcare policies and trends in political and regulatory environment.
