The Display & Equipment (D&E) Manager is responsible for the execution of our non-prepacked display portfolio focusing on temporary custom D&E & POS (Point of Sale) for the Confectionery and Salty business units.
The D&E Manager translates the display strategy into temporary display concepts to enable seamless retail execution in close partnership with Key Channel Account Managers. This role leads end-to-end project management—from initial brief development and vendor quote negotiation to in-store delivery.
Additionally, the D&E Manager drives the POS strategy and execution for Innovation and Seasonal campaigns, collaborating with Retail teams, Customer Marketing and third-party vendors across design, forecasting, production, and KPI tracking to ensure high-impact, timely national execution.
What are we looking for?
- End-to-End POS Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of Point of Sale (POS) activations for all of our seasons and moments (ideation to forecasting to production).
- Custom & Responsive Project Leadership: Manage bespoke temporary display initiatives requested by Key Channel Account Mangers.
- Budget & Logistics Administration: Manage the end-to-end POS budget
- Webstore & Vendor Operations: Act as the primary liaison with third-party vendor partners to manage webstore operations, inventory availability, and digital order fulfillment.
- Assist in the coordination of the annual innovation summit that assesses the current portfolio as well as mid to long term needs and opportunities (in partnership with the Retail team and third-party vendor).

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
