Position Responsibilities
As part of our remote team, you will assist members with understanding and accessing their available benefit programs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicate with clients to provide information about available products and coverage options
- Respond to questions regarding existing benefits, policies, and services
- Review individual needs and help identify suitable coverage solutions
- Assist members with enrollment procedures and required documentation
- Maintain positive relationships through consistent follow-up and professional service
- Stay informed about updates to products, programs, and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure a positive client experience
