(Entry-Level) Support Specialist - Flexible Schedule

Our approach is centered on service, education, and long-term relationships. We also believe that strong client experiences begin with strong teams, which is why we place a major emphasis on training, mentorship, professional development, and opportunities for advancement.
This is an environment for individuals who want more than a routine job. It is designed for people who are motivated to learn, build valuable communication skills, and grow into greater levels of responsibility over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work directly with individuals and families who have expressed interest in learning more about their available benefit options.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with clients virtually by Zoom or phone
- Reviewing available benefit options in an easy-to-understand manner
- Answering questions and helping clients make informed decisions
- Assisting with applications and required documentation
- Maintaining accurate digital records and follow-up notes
- Providing ongoing support throughout the client experience
- Participating in training, coaching, and team development
- Working closely with leadership to improve service and overall client satisfaction
What Makes Someone Successful Here
We’re looking for individuals who are dependable, professional, and comfortable communicating with people from different backgrounds.
You may be a strong fit if you are:
- Confident and personable when speaking with others
- Organized and capable of managing your own schedule
- Self-motivated in a remote work environment
- Patient, attentive, and service-oriented
- Open to coaching and continuous improvement
- Interested in developing leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable using technology such as Zoom, email, and online systems
Previous experience in customer service, sales, financial services, or insurance can be helpful, but it is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States.
What We Provide
- 100% remote work environment
- Flexible scheduling
- Weekly pay with performance-based bonus opportunities
- Structured onboarding and training
- Ongoing mentorship and professional development
- Opportunities for advancement into leadership
- Support from an experienced remote team
