- Participants will complete four six-month rotations across a combination of corporate finance, business finance, accounting & controllership, treasury, investor relations, and corporate development & strategy functions
- Participate in professional development training focused on financial analysis, business acumen, presentation skills, leadership, and communication
- Collaborate with experienced finance professionals on real-time analyses, reporting, and improvement initiatives
- Build experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, internal controls, cash and liquidity management, capital structure considerations, and strategic finance
- Support financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, strategic planning, market and competitive analysis, and the evaluation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other growth opportunities
- Gain direct exposure to senior finance and executive leaders through mentorship, project work, and opportunities to present recommendations and insights
- Present financial and strategic insights and actionable recommendations to rotation leaders and executive sponsors
This is a hands‑on program where you’ll be trusted with meaningful responsibilities and supported as you grow.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be placed into a finance role aligned with their strengths, interests, performance, and business needs, creating a foundation for long-term career growth at Diebold Nixdorf.
You’re a motivated, adaptable, and curious learner who is ready to build a career that blends financial expertise, strategic thinking, and business partnership. You enjoy working with others, learning new concepts quickly, working with data, and contributing in a fast-paced environment.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Preferred GPA of 3.5 or higher
Preferred skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
- Interest in corporate finance, accounting, treasury, M&A, strategy, cross-functional business partnership, and continuous improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Additional requirements
- Must be available to start the program on June 1, 2027
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- On‑site position based in North Canton, OH

The annual base salary range for this position is 65,000 to 75,000.
