Job description
Finance Manager | Friendly Chevrolet, Fridley, MN
Full-time | In person | $120,000-$250,000/year
Join a dealership that invests in its people and its customers. We're hiring an experienced Finance Manager to support our sales team, protect our lender relationships, and help build a brand customers trust. You'll handle 50-70 deals per month in a role with real room to grow.
How We Do Business: Our 7 Brand Promises
At Friendly, our customers know exactly what to expect, and so will you. Every team member works to deliver on these promises:
- One low price, always. Everyone sees the same upfront price, online or on the lot, with no haggling.
- Relaxed, consultative shopping. We listen first, and our team is paid on customer satisfaction, not on how much someone spends.
- Real cash value for trades. Customers know their trade value before they shop, and we honor it even if they don't buy from us.
- The right vehicles at the right time. Hundreds of vehicles to choose from, priced up front and with transparent reconditioning.
- Financial services for today and the future. Competitive rates, and a customer's credit or choices never change the price.
- You can't buy the wrong vehicle from us. Our money-back guarantee and exchange policy give customers real peace of mind.
- Dependable service on your schedule. Extended hours, quick lube, and a customer-friendly collision center.
As Finance Manager, you're where several of these promises come to life, especially transparent pricing and financing that works for the customer's long-term budget.
