Pre-Opening Leadership
- Lead all pre-opening efforts, including operational planning, budgeting, critical path timelines, and team recruitment.
- Ensure alignment with brand standards and functionality during the development and design phases.
- Collaborate with ownership and development teams on marketing, positioning, and local integration.
- Set the tone for a service culture rooted in excellence and personalization.
Operational Oversight
- Direct day-to-day operations of all hotel and residential services.
- Drive financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement.
- Uphold the highest luxury standards across rooms, dining, wellness, and events.
- Deliver a seamless and integrated experience for both hotel guests and homeowners.
Branded Residences & Owner Relations
- Oversee the management of 100 branded/serviced Auberge residences.
- Foster strong homeowner relationships and serve as the primary liaison to HOA/condo boards.
- Balance the expectations of private residents with the overall brand and operational delivery.
- Minimum of 8+ years experience as a General Manager in a luxury hotel setting, preferably within an pre-opening and opening environment
- Proven record of leading luxury hotels, including staffing, budgeting, operational planning, and community engagement.
- Ability to maintain and strengthen relationships with ownership, homeowners, residents, members, and other key stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with development teams, ownership groups, architects, designers, and residential sales teams throughout pre-opening and stabilization phases.
- Sophisticated understanding of member engagement, social programming, and residential owner expectations
- Demonstrates a savvy approach to business operations, with innovative thinking to address unique challenges
- Direct experience managing branded residences or serviced condominiums, with an understanding of HOA dynamics and owner expectations when applicable
- Strong background in Food & Beverage (F&B) or Sales & Marketing, preferably in Catering and Events.
- Exhibits executive thinking and decision-making capabilities with a focus on culture building and team leadership.
- Agile and solution-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to navigate dynamic environments.
- Strong involvement with the local community
- International exposure that enriches brand positioning.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is helpful, particularly Spanish.
- Ability to live and work within the United States without sponsorship
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience
