  • Report financial and operational results to ownership or the parent company
  • Establish and maintain a strong safety culture across the operation
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent while building succession plans for key leadership positions
  • Expand service and recurring revenue opportunities alongside construction operations
  • Improve processes, systems, and operational efficiency throughout the business
  • Represent the company within the local market, industry associations, and community

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience within commercial mechanical construction with full P&L responsibility
  • Background in estimating, project management, field operations, or another construction operations function
  • Strong financial acumen, including WIP, job cost, backlog, overhead, cash flow, and profitability management
  • Proven ability to grow revenue while improving or maintaining profitability
