About the Role

Join the growth function of an AI recruiting technology company and help build repeatable marketing programs that connect recruiting insights with demand. This hands-on role spans multiple channels and focuses on testing, learning, and delivering measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do

Run growth programs across outbound, paid acquisition, content, SEO, partnerships, and events.
Develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, track performance metrics, and improve programs based on results.
Plan and optimize cold email campaigns, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, and sender reputation.
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
Create and distribute blogs, email, social content, newsletters, testimonials, case studies, and product stories.
Develop SEO through topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
Build marketing partnerships and organize online and in-person events.

What We're Looking For

Zero to three years of relevant experience, with recent, substantive growth or marketing work.
Experience owning programs across multiple marketing channels and delivering measurable results.
Hands-on experience with cold email deliverability, SEO, and paid acquisition channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, or Google.
Strong content creation skills and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
Experience organizing events and managing marketing partnerships.
Comfort working with ownership in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
Recruitment, HR technology, or AI talent industry experience is beneficial.
