Job description

You will own identity architecture, privileged access, secrets management, and access governance. You will set the IAM strategy, automate identity lifecycle processes, implement least-privilege controls, and deliver scalable authentication and access-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Define the IAM strategy, roadmap, and operating model
  • Assess and improve Identity Provider architecture
  • Drive identity systems toward Zero Trust principles
  • Automate identity lifecycle processes
  • Implement RBAC for human and non-human identities
  • Enforce least-privilege policies
  • Centralize secrets management
  • Design and deliver privileged access management
  • Implement access management for AI agents and bots
  • Govern SAML, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0 implementations
  • Deliver technical plans for identity requirements

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of identity engineering or security engineering experience
  • Cloud architecture or engineering experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Experience leading IAM programs from design through production
  • Expertise in LDAP/AD, identity providers, federation, SAML, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0
  • Experience with Zero Trust and PAM
  • Knowledge of identity governance and IGA tooling
  • Experience with secrets management platforms
  • Experience managing non-human and machine identities
  • Experience building access controls for AI workloads or agents
  • Knowledge of SCIM provisioning and automated IGA workflows
