Available Shift:

1st shift: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday

At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated per hourly range for this position is $22 - 30 per hour based on experience.

Join our Global Health, Safety, Environmental, and Sustainability (HSE&S) team! As part of the environmental compliance and sustainability (E&S) crew, you’ll help us achieve our sustainability goals by analyzing data, conducting research, and creating insightful reports.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Collect and analyze environmental data.
• Report generation and graphical information presentation.
• Monitor processes (e.g. basic industrial hygiene activities)
• Research on pollution prevention (e.g. reuse, recycling and reduction initiatives).
• Participate in team problem solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Observe behavioral based safety.
• Involved in Personal Protective Equipment program selection, recycling, and auditing.
• Involved in ergonomic training and assessments
• Interact with production Team Members, Leadership, Product and Process Engineers, Facilities Maintenance and Engineering

To select this job as one of interest to you, at a minimum, you must have the following:

• In-progress degree program from an accredited university/college program with a concentration in Environmental Engineering or Industrial

Engineering (related disciplines will be considered).

• Ability to think analytically, independently, and outside of the box to provide fresh ideas to improve processes .

• Ability to work with people in a production/plant environment

• Have excellent verbal and written communications skills.

• Knowledge of Microsoft office and PC Skills.

• Knowledge of industrial hygiene, policy, and occupational safety is preferred.
