Helpdesk Coordinator

Summary

In your role as Helpdesk Coordinator you will report to the Manager, Operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with IT helpdesk tickets to maintain phone system, sharepoint and ensuring electronic equipment is working properly, coordinating with support technicians to ensure the efficient running of all equipment.

You may be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. You will be required to travel within the service area. You will regularly sit for long periods of time; spend extended time at a keyboard or telephone; and interface with others effectively. You will be occasionally required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Education and Experience required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Some College preferred in IT
• IT Helpdesk Support experience preferred or strong IT capabilities
• Expert in Microsoft Teams-Sharepoint and Microsoft Office
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Current CA DL without restrictions is required and ability to travel throughout the district
