Hourly Company Driver (IL)

We're hiring CDL-A Company Drivers to join our team. As a W2 company driver, you'll operate company equipment on

local, regional, dedicated, or over-the-road routes based on customer and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle and transport freight per dispatch instructions
• Maintain compliance with FMCSA regulations, Hours-of-Service requirements, and all applicable federal, state,

and local transportation laws

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections; ensure proper load securement and report any cargo or equipment

issues immediately

• Report all DOT inspections, citations, or roadside enforcement actions promptly
• Maintain a valid CDL-A, required endorsements, and current DOT medical certification
• Valid Class A CDL
• Current DOT Medical Certification
• FMCSA Clearinghouse Query
• Background check
• Pre-employment Drug Screen
• Clean Driving Record
